Nisa Lock Up

Jisp has struck a deal with Nisa to offer its home delivery, click & collect and scan & go services to almost 4,000 stores.

Retailers across the symbol group could see basket spend increase by up to 400%, while retaining 100% of their sales, the shopping app said.

As part of the partnership, Jisp will also be integrating with Nisa’s EPoS provider to keep retailers up to date with promotions, prices and stock availbility for aligned sales through the app and in store.

For example, if a shopper purchases the last product in store, it will be reflected in the app as “out of stock”.

Retailers will also have free access to Jisp’s social media hub, as well as marketing support through local store marketing managers.

They can also gain increased traction and exposure on a local level through its own-brand ambassador programme. This sees Jisp encourage people who live in the local area to support their local store and promote it to their friends and family.

“A fantastic partnership and one which, once again, highlights the demand for Jisp’s bespoke solutions within the retail industry,” said Jisp founder and CEO Julian Fisher.

“We are proud that Nisa recognised us as a great solution on the market, and we look forward to building a strong partnership for years to come.”

Nisa delivered services lead Ian Bacon said: “We are constantly seeking out ways to provide our partners with all the tools they need to remain competitive and respond to shopper demand.

“Offering delivery to customers is now key to the convenience sector and so we’re very pleased to be partnering with Jisp to introduce the app to our independent retailers. We are now working with four delivered service companies which offer multiple solutions to our wide-ranging partner base.”

Nisa retailer Paul Cheema, owner of Malcolm’s Stores, said: “I am really pleased that Jisp have given me the opportunity of having their services in my store.

“The platform is so easy to use not only for the consumer but also for the retailer – it means a lot altogether because the charges from Jisp are so simplified.

“Why wouldn’t you want to get behind a platform that’s got so much behind the teams coming forward for the retail sector?”
