Welcome to the Boringdon Arms.
We are located in the picturesque waterside village of Turnchapel in Plymouth. We are a traditional, family friendly and dog friendly pub with six letting rooms. Please note dogs must be on leads at all times. We offer great value, home-cooked food and also have two secluded beer gardens to the rear of the property. There is also free WiFi throughout the premises. We are located on the South West Coastal Path and are the perfect place to stop off whilst walking or cycling through.
At the Boringdon Arms, we welcome loyal locals, along with visitors from further afield, serving a variety of beverages including 4 Real Ales with a weekly rotating Guest Ale. We also serve traditional Beer and Cider too. We have a wide range of 35 different Gins accompanied with 9 varieties of Fever-Tree Tonics, excellent for those wishing to experiment with a different taste.
We are delighted to announce that we will be re-opening on 12th April for Alfresco Dining & Drinking. B&B however, will remain closed until 17th May.
For the next 5 weeks our opening hours have slightly changed. We will be temporarily opening from 1PM – 9PM Monday – Thursday, 1PM – 10PM Friday’s & Saturday’s and 12PM – 9PM on Sunday’s. Please note this is all weather dependent.
Our Food Service hours are as follows… 2PM – 7PM Monday – Thursday, 2PM – 8PM Friday’s & Saturday’s and 12PM – 4PM on Sunday’s.
We will be operating on a first come first serve basis. Therefore no bookings will be taken for tables at this stage.
As before, social distancing measures will still be in place. You will be required, at all times, to wear a face mask unless sat at a table and only 6 people are allowed per table (Rule of 6) unless the group constitutes no more than 2 households.
Just a gentle reminder that it’s table service only. Please order your food and drinks from your table.
Please ensure that you all sign in with the Track & Trace app or leave a contact name and number if you do not have the app whilst on the premises.
If you would like to enquire about any future bookings please contact us on 01752402053 or email boringdonarmsinfo@gmail.com. Response time may be slightly longer than usual, but we will try and get back to you as soon as we can.
With a warm, welcoming environment, there is no better place to get a feel for what a historic village pub should feel like.
Greg, Sue & their team look forward to welcoming you soon!
