The George Hotel has had a long and colourful history. During the 1800′s The George Hotel was a Coaching Inn with a six horse carriage leaving for London three times a week. Now a modern classic country pub / hotel with 8 straightforward rooms and a warm friendly bar restaurant area and pool table. We offer classic pub food with a twist, traditional pub bar snacks and delightful theme nights.

Our Function Room can be hired for any occasion from a family get together to a breakfast meeting, business meeting or club meeting. We are happy to provide you with a casual finger buffet, a five course meal or even a full carvery.

The George Hotel is located in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire. Serving you great quality food and drink. Come and try out the Sunday Carvery, served from noon to 3pm every week.
