The Plough & Harrow is a traditional pub concentrating on both good pub food and real ales, with a great atmosphere. Whether you are looking to spend a day with the family, or a day with friends, we accommodate all.

If it is sporting events you are looking for, come and share the atmosphere and watch it on one of our three large screen televisions. With two SkyHD boxes we have the ability to show two different channels at the same time. so if it is on terrestrial, SkySports or BT Sports, we have it! If you like a quiz, we have a general knowledge quiz on a Sunday. And for our music fans our infamous music quiz on a Thursday.

The pub caters for all sorts, from the age of 8 to 80. We have a huge garden at the back, and seating at the front to enjoy a drink in the sun. And a massive kids play area and bouncy castle, it is a Mecca for harassed Mothers and Fathers!

Alongside our resident ales, we pride ourselves on the selection of guest ales, lagers and a full top shelf, there is a drink for everyone. If you’re feeling brave, why not try a sneaky shot! We always have a selection of Sambuca and Sourz. And if you ask nicely, our friendly bar staff are more than happy to supply a cheeky Jaggerbomb!
