Welcome to The Hildyard Arms. We are a traditional country pub in the quiet village of Colburn, near Richmond, North Yorkshire. The Hildyard has a modern feel with a small bar and large lounge, as well as a cosy snug with a real fire lit in the winter. Our large front and back gardens are perfect for soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the fresh air, all the while overlooking the surrounding countryside and beck flowing nearby.
Situated directly on the Coast to Coast footpath, and just an hour’s walk from Richmond, the Hildyard Arms is a great stop off or destination for a walk. With home-cooked food served alongside a great range of real ales, wines and spirits, you can always expect a warm welcome to all, from families to pets, and even muddy boots.
As well as great food and drink, we now have two beautifully appointed shepherd huts available to book, and free on site camping for walkers.
