The Running Mare in Cobham has established itself as one of the most iconic destination restaurants and dining pubs in Surrey. Since the current owners bought The Running Mare in 1992, it is still being operated as a family business with a highly professional skilled kitchen that produces excellent food, and front of house staff that provide a warm, professional yet inviting dining experience whilst still retaining the inherent character of the Great British Inn.
Showcasing a new level of hospitality and excellence for decades we are famed for our seafood and this combined with the wide ranging appeal of our menus, using great local produce and an intense focus on the use of in season products. The pub also has a large car park to the rear which is unusual these days.
