White Claw owner Mark Anthony Brands looks poised to expand its presence in the UK with a move into more traditional spirits and RTDs.
The business, which launched the hard seltzer brand in the UK with much fanfare last year, has applied to register the name ‘Lazy Pour’ as a trademark with the Intellectual Property Office.
It is seeking a class 33 trademark spanning prepared alcoholic cocktails, alcoholic fruit cocktail drinks, and spirits. The Grocer has approached Mark Anthony for comment.
